Foundation governance documents published

The foundation's statute and privacy policy are published on the Documents page and available in English, Spanish and Italian.

The statute sets out purpose, governance and how holdings are reviewed before they enter the portfolio. The privacy policy describes what we record when an inquiry is submitted, how long it is retained and who can read it.

Both documents are versioned. New versions replace the previous file and the version label on the Documents page is updated.
